Duties & Responsibilities: Executive secretary II

  • Managing executives’ schedules and booking meetings
  • Screening email communication, responding to emails as deemed necessary
  • Coordinating travel plans for director’s office
  • Proofreading and editing documents for the director’s office
  • Keeping organized and accurate records, making updates to databases
  • Maintain and manage general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support to senior executives
  • Develop variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form in collaboration with the director’s office
  • Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences.

Senior IT Officer Duties and Responsibility

  • Develop requirements and specifications for systems and applications
  • Manage development of programs and systems to meet business needs/requirements
  • design and develops databases and applications that pool, extract and analyze large amounts of data to provide required reports
  • Perform use case development, business process mapping, end user/stakeholder interviews, and system modeling
  • Research and test to tune applications to meet specific, detailed use cases
  • Oversee IT initiatives to ensure that all technology-related projects run smoothly and align with overall organization’s strategy
  • Manage for ICT Project: project initiating, planning and executing
  • Manage the organization’s data centers and networks
  • Configure server backups, monitor network use statistics and implement contingency plans to minimize network and system downtime
  • Define, communicate and enforce technology-related policies, standards and procedures
  • Mitigate risk related to internal and external data breaches and cyber-attacks

Duties & Responsibilities: Senior pubic relation officer II

  • Develop PR plans and media relations strategies
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • When deemed necessary, address inquiries from the media and other parties
  • Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media and answer enquiries from the media and other organizations
  • Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs
  • Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media
  • Write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, statements, key note speeches, articles, presentations and annual reports
  • Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs
  • Devise photo opportunities and coordinate studio or location photography
  • Organize events (such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours), source speakers and seek out sponsorship opportunities
